History
Our Career Advising department has a solid 30 year history in supporting spouses and partners. With roots dating back to the mid 70's when, as a not-for-profit career development and referral service, we helped college-educated women identify career paths and obtain jobs. Subsequently, inspired by the findings of a dual career study commissioned by The Cleveland Foundation, we developed the first Spouse Employment Assistance program in the country to support corporate relocation.
This legacy continues today as our Career Advising services help the partner become a better and more informed job seeker.
Local Delivery
A key benefit to clients is that our Career Advisors are local experts who deliver in-person support in major metro areas around the country. Based on client needs we will engage specialized advisors who may deliver services remotely. All services are customized to ensure that the information, guidance, and tools provided address the specific needs of the partner.
