The Dwellworks Destination Services standard menu includes:
Candidate / New Hire / Area Orientation: Briefs the employee on a location through a needs assessment, customized area welcome kit and guided tour.
Home Finding: Provides an itinerary that includes appointments to view housing tailored to meet the employee's specific budget guidelines and rental requirements. Accompanied visits to the properties can also be arranged.
Settling-In Services: Assists with and/or offers guidance on obtaining bank accounts, government registrations, driver's license and vehicle information, mobile phones, insurance, emergency services, and medical care. Also offers information about shopping, dining, entertainment, and leisure activities.
School Assistance: Offers information, performance statistics, enrollment procedures, and contact details of area schools for families with children.
Temporary Housing Assistance: Conducts a needs assessment to provide temporary housing options tailored to the employee's budget and needs.
Short Term and Extended Business Travel Assistance: Provides assistance to ensure that the employee is productive, settled-in, and able to maximize the limited time on assignment, utilizing a combination of Settling-In and unaccompanied Temporary Housing Assistance.
Departure Services: Offers guidance and/or assistance with departure requisites such as account cancellations, move preparations, and other required actions at the conclusion of the assignment.
