One of the highest priorities for the relocating employee is to secure rental housing. After counseling the employee on local housing options and market conditions, the Destination Services Consultant will conduct customized research to identify suitable homes.  The Consultant will then set appointments, plan an itinerary and accompany the employee to visit the properties.  When a home is selected, guidance will be provided for the rent negotiations and lease review.

By being an independent provider, and relying on our fee-based service model, we are able to source any type of housing and offer objective and unbiased advice to help secure a home.  Our Consultants are local experts on the rental market and will work within the employee’s specific budget guidelines and rental requirements.
