James Conigliaro

CRP, GMS, CRB, CCHP, Vice President, Property Management

James is responsible for developing the Property Management division, managing the team, directing and coordinating client services, building strategic alliances and supporting business development.

Prior to joining Dwellworks, James served as Senior VP & General Manager for DJK Residential (formerly D.J. Knight & Company) where he had operational responsibility for property management and corporate housing services. Prior to SIRVA, James was Director of Operations for Churchill Corporate Services, a New York-based corporate housing provider, where he was responsible for housing operations, sales and business affairs.

James holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a B.S. in Political Science from The American University in Washington, DC. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, and is a licensed New York State real estate broker.
