Pat Spicuzza

CRP, CPA, Vice President, Operations

Pat is responsible for overseeing our Residential Services operations, including the appraisal management team. Prior to joining Dwellworks in 2008, he spent 12 years with SIRVA Relocation. He served as Controller and Director of Finance and eventually transferred his financial skill set to operations where he designed, developed and created SIRVA Settlement, a licensed title and closing coordination company serving SIRVA Relocation and SIRVA Mortgage. He was also responsible for various other operating units during his tenure, including supply chain management, quality services, training and business process improvement.  Previously, he was with Ernst & Young, LLC as an Audit Manager.

Pat earned a bachelor's degree in business administration - accounting from John Carroll University.  He is a certified public accountant and member of various professional organizations including the Ohio Society of CPAs where he graduated from their Center of Leadership Program.
