Best-in-Class Appraiser Qualification & Selection

All our appraisers are licensed, have at least 3 years of credible field experience, carry E&O insurance and must pass criminal background and reference checks. Our proprietary, industry leading appraiser performance methodology ensures the best appraiser is utilized for each appraisal – and we assign orders directly to the appraiser who will complete the assignment.

In-House Quality Review Staff

Reviews are completed by in-house, licensed appraisers, with an average of 10 years appraisal experience and knowledge of Investor and Regulatory appraisal guidelines.
