New SVP Business Development

Dwellworks is pleased to announce the addition of Michael Fosser as new Senior Vice President, Business Development for its Residential Services department.
With a distinguished career that spans over 30 years in the mortgage, appraisal, and corporate relocation industries, Mike brings extensive experience and product knowledge to the Dwellworks Residential Services team.

Prior to joining Dwellworks, Mike served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for First American eAppraiseIT, one of the nation’s largest appraisal management firms where he was responsible for coordinating business development activities nationwide. Earlier positions held include: Senior Vice President of First American VMS (2000-2006) and Senior Vice President of the Home Services Division of HomeSpace.com (1997 to 1999) – later acquired by LendingTree.com.
Mike is a graduate of Elgin College, with a major in Business Administration and Marketing and is also a graduate of Oklahoma University’s School of Consumer Lending. He earned his CRP designation from Worldwide ERC® in 2005 and has been a major contributor to the relocation industry.
