Corey Przenkop Joins as VP of Business Development

Cleveland, Ohio – Dwellworks is pleased to announce the addition of Corey Przenkop as Vice President, Business Development to its residential services group.
Corey brings the valuable combination of a strong finance background, expert product knowledge and hands-on customer service experience to the Dwellworks Residential team. His career focus on serving the community lending market perfectly aligns with Dwellworks’ customer base.

Prior to joining Dwellworks, Corey served as Director of Business Development for IRR-Residential. Before IRR, Corey worked in a similar position at First American eAppraiseIT. He also worked as a Mortgage Banker specializing in national and internet lending and is certified and licensed to lend in over 30 states. Corey holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA.
