Dwellworks New York Moves to New Manhattan Location

Cleveland, Ohio – Earlier this month, Dwellworks relocated its New York operations to a new office on Park Avenue.

Dwellworks has had an office in Midtown Manhattan since early 2004 when it first entered the New York market to support its clients’ real estate and destination services needs.  The move to a larger space was prompted by recent staff additions.

“New York City and the Tri-State Area [NY, CT and NJ] have always been key markets for our services”, said Paul Soley, Vice President of Real Estate Services.  “Despite economic challenges, we have been fortunate over the past few years to have grown our regional presence and service offering.  Having added both agents and staff, we needed a larger space for our current operations while allowing room for further expansion.”

Dwellworks New York team provides its clients with exclusive renter and buyer representation for transferees relocating to the New York tri-state area.  The office also provides regional support for its orientation, home finding and settling-in services.

Its new office is located at 381 Park Avenue South – Suite 914, New York, NY 10016.
