Dwellworks Successfully Earns Re-Certification of EuRA Seal

Cleveland, Ohio – Dwellworks announced the successful re-certification of the EuRA Quality Seal issued by the European Relocation Association (EuRA).

EuRA, a global membership organization for relocation professionals, introduced this relocation specific quality management system in 2007. Based on an ISO 9001 process management model, the Quality Seal was developed jointly by EuRA and the German Registrar for Management Systems, DQS GmbH. The Quality Seal can be earned through the completion of a comprehensive certification process followed by an independent audit.

“The industry benchmarks and process management standards used in the EuRA Quality Seal are perfectly aligned with our commitment to quality management”, said Ghadeer Hasan, Dwellworks Vice President Quality. “Our clients expect that we have quality controls in place to manage our service delivery. As a respected industry standard, the EuRA Quality Seal is one benchmarking tool for our clients to evaluate Dwellworks’ quality systems.”

In the spring of 2008, Dwellworks was the first company outside of Europe (where the Quality Seal was launched initially) to earn this accreditation. In May of this year, Dwellworks successfully earned the bi-annual re-certification after passing the independent audit conducted by DQS. Headquartered in Germany, DQS provides assessments and certifications of quality management systems through more than 1,850 auditors around the world.
