Senior Management Positions Announced

Cleveland, Ohio - January 26, 2009 - As part of its integration efforts and expansion plans, Dwellworks announced the creation of four key management positions.
Meredith Kennedy - CRP, GMS, has been promoted to Vice President, Operations for Destination Services. In this newly created position, Meredith assumes operational responsibility for the company's three Destination Services centers - Detroit, Phoenix and Washington D.C. Bob Rosing, President & CEO of Dwellworks, stated: "Meredith has demonstrated a strong aptitude for business and customer service as well as a collaborative nature in her current role. That is precisely the skill set we need to lead our Operations."Ghadeer Hasan - GMS, has been promoted to Vice President, Quality. In this newly created position, she will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control programs, maintaining industry quality certifications and internal audit procedures. As part of our integration efforts, Ghadeer will manage the transition of the Destination Services team to a single platform system. Ghadeer's keen understanding of business processes make her a natural to lead our quality control programs."
Mary Crump has been promoted to Vice President, Administration. In this newly created position, Mary will be responsible for companywide facility management, procurement and supplier relations. She will also assume responsibility for client contract administration and pricing for the Destination Services division. Bob Rosing stated: "Mary has been central to the success of our integration efforts. Her extraordinary organizational skills and attention to detail make her the perfect selection for this position."
James Conigliaro - CRP, GMS, CRB, has joined our company as Vice President, Operations for the Property Management Team. Given the challenges in the real estate and credit markets, our clients are seeking a national solution for property management. In line with its growth and service diversification strategy, Dwellworks has identified this as a great opportunity to address immediate client needs. James will be responsible for developing the property management division, managing the team, directing and coordinating client services, building strategic alliances and supporting business development. Per Bob Rosing: "Having worked with James in the past has provided us with first hand experience of his varied skill set. Notable are his ability to work effectively with a team and focused execution of a business plan. We are thrilled to have him on board to build this important service for our customers."
