Dwellworks Welcomes Jody Scannell, CRP, as Director, Operations, Valuation Services

Dwellworks is excited to announce that Jody Scannell, CRP, has recently joined the organization as Director of Valuation Services. Working alongside Dwellworks' Operation, Account Management and Supply Chain teams, Jody will focus on developing relocation appraisers, enhancing the appraisal review process, managing appraisal Quality Control functions and executing the vision for the education of future relocation appraisers.

Jody brings over 20 years of relocation appraisal management experience to Dwellworks. Beginning his career at Appraisal Management Company in Canton, MA, he has worked for several companies in the industry, most recently serving as Manager, Appraisal Review and Training at LSI Relocation Solutions. Jody has been an active member of Worldwide ERC and Relocation Appraisers and Consultants, Inc. (RAC), serving as a panelist and speaker at many industry conferences and education sessions.
