We provide personal service for employees away on work assignments who receive home management as part of their mobility support services. Our Home Management Services offer the comfort and assurance that a family’s home is professionally maintained and cared for in their absence, whether the property is rented or left vacant. Services include tenancy and rental management and full property upkeep and care.

How does this service work?

When an employee is asked to relocate, what happens if they choose (or are asked) not to sell their home? One option is to have the property placed in our Home Management program. Every family’s situation is personal, so we have several programs to help manage the home while the employee and family are away. Whether renting out the home or professionally managing the property as unoccupied, our Home Management team seamlessly coordinates service and provides peace of mind for the long-distance homeowner.

In a tenant-occupied scenario, the tenant is typically the first line of communication with our team regarding property concerns. For vacant properties, we organize a weekly visit and report by a local field agent to check on the condition of the property and communicate with our in house team. Each service is unique and individual employers may prefer one option over another, so be sure to review your policy or ask your HR team before entering a program.
