Whether a company needs to mobilize its talent around the world or across the country, we provide a range of support services to help employees and their families transition successfully from their home location to a new destination, for an extended business trip or a long-term assignment.

Our History
2007: Dwellworks is incorporated in Cleveland, Ohio, USA
2008: Dwellworks integrates three leading regional Destination Services Providers in the US to form the largest DSP in the country, serving hundreds of cities and towns in all 50 US states
2010: Dwellworks builds a nationwide Property Management solution at the request of our RMC clients
2012-2021: Dwellworks expands its Destination Services coverage to 16 countries across the Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe through successful acquisitions and organic builds
2020: Dwellworks acquires the corporate housing sourcing technology and global partner network of Oakwood, with solutions capabilities in 125 countries
2020: Dwellworks expands its Station Cities real estate brokerage through acquisition and organic growth that significantly increases the company’s reach now with 100 agents covering the NY Tri-State area and greater Chicago
2024: Dwellworks promotes James Conigliaro from President and COO to President and CEO, and Dwellworks founder, Bob Rosing, assumes strategic role of Executive Chairman
A Message from Our Executive Chairman:
"We started this company in 2007 with a whiteboard and a simple business model: to manage specialized services for relocation management companies (RMCs) and other employer-facing businesses so they could focus on their core competencies and customers. We would deliver expertise in relocation services, and we would not compete with our clients. The list of our services and capabilities has evolved over time, but the focus on developing our business through partnerships and on expanding products, services and geographies based on client need remains the same as it was nearly 20 years ago. From the beginning, we’ve been a company built to last.
Dwellworks has grown organically and through acquisition of organizations whose culture and commitments were aligned with our core values. We are proud to have integrated 15 high-performance companies, many of them woman-owned, into the Dwellworks family. Together, we’ve built a culture that reflects our associate-championed values of integrity, teamwork, performance, innovation and fun. As a result, we’ve become a go-to choice for our core services of property management, intercultural training services, temporary living assistance and destination services for relocation management companies, business travel buyers, and 80% of the global Fortune 1000.
