I really enjoy reading and average about 2-3 books a month. I also like to take walks during my lunch breaks and keep up with what's going on here in Cleveland's theater district, as I've been a sustaining founder of Playhouse Square for 20 years.

What is the most interesting thing you have worked on at Dwellworks?
I have really enjoyed working with the team on our global expansion. I enjoy meeting the new team members, getting to learn about their culture and their work environment, and continuously learning about HR practices all around the world.

What is your favorite hobby and why?
I like to exercise. It is a great stress relief and helps me clear my mind. I mostly enjoy jogging and yoga.

What is your favorite hobby and why?
I like to get my creative on when I have time - jewelry making, painting - whatever appeals to me at the time on Pinterest or Etsy, or a catalog or store. I love figuring it out and the feeling of accomplishment (or laugh at utter failure :)) when finished.

Setting up of our Luxembourg operation and the building out of our Corporate Housing business in Germany, Luxembourg, and Austria were both very exciting developments!

What is your favorite part of your job?
Dealing with piers and learning from their experiences to see how I can apply those lessons to my work environment is very gratifying to me.
Another thing I love about my work is that I have the opportunity to be creative and innovative. Dwellworks really provides the space for me to develop ideas, propose solutions, and look at a problem from different angles.
Fun Fact
I like to break the ice in a conversation/discussion by adding a little humor or a comment about Costa Rica, whenever possible. When dealing with people from other countries, I like to add something about their country that lets them know we care about them and are familiar with their culture. For instance, simply explaining where to find spices from their country, talking about a national holiday, or if I have been in their country can make a big difference.
