Our Destination Services Consultants provide innovative and efficient local support and expertise to employees and their families who are being relocated for a (new) job or assignment. Assistance provided includes rental home finding support; customised orientation to the community; support in bank account, driver’s licence, social security, and utility setup. Services are provided in person and virtually through an interactive online portal.

You will be engaged as a casual employee, there will be guidelines related to service time utilisation, and an expectation that high-quality service is delivered in an efficient manner, you will be paid for hours worked. The rate of pay is €20 per hour plus mileage, and expenses such as tolls and parking when out with clients.

Qualifications -

- Expert knowledge of city and surrounding areas, including rental market and local schools.

- Clean and reliable vehicle (preferably 4-door, with functional heat and air conditioning).

- Valid driver’s license and car insurance

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).

- Research ability, proficiency in basic computer applications are requirements.

- Customer service experience.
