The Global Sales Executive is the local expert on our Dwellworks Living brand and product suite. They demonstrate our services' value and understand the company's internal workings, core values, and unique differentiators.

This role requires expertise in listening actively to client needs, forming effective solutions, and understanding the buying drivers of prospects while adapting to market changes.

How You’ll Add Value

Collaborate and Innovate

  • Partner with internal resources to expedite contract negotiations.
  • Work with a team to build and recommend processes to close deals faster.
  • Foster cross-functional relationships with business partners.
  • Implement go-to-market strategies with various internal teams.
  • Be a visible presence in the marketplace, gaining insights and building brand awareness.

Prospect and Close

  • Develop a sales cadence and cycle to deliver profitable new revenue.
  • Build and track a sales pipeline.
  • Drive action on sales and upsell opportunities for existing clients.
  • Manage the sales cycle to close opportunities within planned timelines.
  • Handle RFP processes to exceed customer expectations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience selling to mobility, corporate travel, or HR teams of global clients.
  • Proven B2B or B2C sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles at senior levels.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills, simplifying complexity effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in early-stage products.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and EMEA.
