OUR POSITION IN A NUTSHELL
The Account Executive will become an expert on Dwellworks full portfolio of offerings while identifying and prospecting medium-sized companies and applying our sales stages to close new business. The Account Executive will be conversant in how the company delivers services, creates value for the customer and makes a profit. Further, the Account Executive will understand fully and demonstrate the company’s core values and unique differentiators. The Account Executive will be an expert at asking great questions and listen actively to the needs of the prospects, bringing these needs back to the organization to form effective solutions. The Account Executive will understand the buying needs and decision drivers of prospects. They will adjust with the marketplace and external factors impacting buying decisions.
WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
- Partner with Dwellworks internal resources to expedite sales negotiations, technical and operational requirements
- Be a positive, visible presence in the marketplace – gain competitive and customer insights, build brand awareness through social channels (LinkedIn) and outside sales
- Build and track a sales pipeline self-prospecting new business, marketing support - blogs, email campaigns, paid ads, video content plus your lead generation recommendations
- Create internal rigor for sales processes and all necessary activity leading to new revenue generation from a sale including approach and cadence of prospect communications; team and executive engagement; and pricing negotiation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree Require
- Preferred Experience: 3+ years of working with Medium companies
- Skilled at negotiating business terms and contracts
- History of consistent quota achievement
- Attributes: building a pipeline, managing entire sales cycle, research, work cross functionally with multiple internal departments, deliver sales presentations
- Ability to travel domestically (minimal)
- Basic knowledge of HubSpot/working in a CRM, Power Point and Excel
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated success winning new clients
- Experience selling to HR and Travel Buyers for Medium businesses
- Strong business knowledge and understanding of basic principles in finance and operations
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with executive level presence
- Great listener for understanding customers problems that we want to solve
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

- The salary range for this role begins at $70,000+ and will be determined based on qualifications and experience
