About the job
Dwellworks is seeking passionate individuals with international experience to join our network as Intercultural Trainers. As an Intercultural Trainer, you will provide critical cultural awareness and training to relocating employees and their families, helping them thrive in their new environments. You’ll deliver practical cross-cultural strategies, guiding individuals and teams in managing cultural differences and adapting to new cultural settings. This flexible, independent contractor role allows you to set your own schedule, making it a great fit for professionals seeking meaningful work with a flexible structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Cultural Training: Provide personalized in-person or virtual training sessions to help employees and families adapt to new cultural environments.
- Offer Practical Insights: Share cultural tips, country-specific knowledge, and social norms to help relocating employees better understand their new country.
- Support Adjustments: Offer guidance on workplace cultural differences, communication styles, and adapting to social norms in professional and personal settings.
- Assist with Essential Needs: Provide advice on navigating essential services such as banking, healthcare, and government processes in the new location.
- Bridge Educational Gaps: Help families understand the local education system and assist with school selection and enrollment.

Qualifications:
- Having up-to-date specialist knowledge of culture and similar subjects
- Utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Maintaining a customer service focused mindset
- Obtaining the ability to accomplish basic research, with a proficiency in basic computer applications
- Passion for global cultures and cultural diversity
- Experience living abroad or working in international settings
- Ability to apply intercultural theory to real-world situations
- Experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
