When being asked to relocate, what happens if you choose (or are asked) not to sell your home? One option is to enroll in our Home Management program. Every family’s situation is personal, so we have several programs to help manage the home while you and your family are away. We offer two types of service; "vacant/unoccupied" and "tenant occupied" services. In a tenant-occupied scenario, the tenant is the primary source of information regarding property concerns. For vacant properties, we organize a weekly visit and report by a local field agent to check on the condition of the property and communicate with our in house team.
