Dwellworks at EuRA 2025: Our Global Leadership Focuses on Partnerships
In May 2025, key leaders representing Dwellworks participated in the EuRA International Relocation Congress in Zagreb, Croatia. The always highly anticipated annual event brought together over 600 of the most influential voices in global mobility, and this year’s theme, centered on agility, innovation, and sustainable partnerships, resonated strongly with our own mission to align value creation and global talent mobility programs and practices.
Dwellworks sent a dynamic global contingent to represent our team and the depth of our relocation support services on the world stage:
- Bob Rosing, Executive Chairman
- James Conigliaro, President and CEO
- Andrew Scott, Vice President, Global Account Management, EMEA
- Dima Lorenz, Vice President, Global Account Management, APAC
- Vidak Glavinic, Director, Corporate Housing Global Supply Chain
With representation from executive leadership, global account management, and global supply chain management, our presence was a powerful demonstration of the reach, experience, collaboration, and commitment to the industry at the core of the Dwellworks and Dwellworks Living brands.
A Leadership Presence at the Center of the Mobility Conversation
At EuRA 2025, Dwellworks engaged in valuable conversations with relocation management company clients, corporate housing partners, and destination services colleagues, as well as the executive leadership of key industry associations including EuRA, WERC, CERC, and CHPA. The expectations for technologically innovative, flexible, and compliant mobility solutions are evolving quickly. Our team emphasized Dwellworks readiness and leadership in delivering customer-responsive solutions through friendly tech, unsurpassed local knowledge, and global coverage.
James Conigliaro, Dwellworks President and CEO, emphasized our company’s unique capability for supporting integrated or standalone corporate housing, destination services, and intercultural training. Recognizing that corporate employers want to understand the available benefit and return on investment of talent mobility services, James affirmed Dwellworks commitment to client-led, flexible product and program designs, powered by purpose-built technology and a team committed to service, in the office and in the field. In client and peer conversations, he highlighted how Dwellworks is scaling its technology and operational footprint to meet the rising expectations of the globally mobile workforce, delivering not only consistency and speed but also the human touch that makes the difference in the final mile of moving and settling-in.
His message was clear: in an increasingly complex mobility environment, companies need a partner who can deliver smart, scalable solutions without sacrificing service excellence. Dwellworks is that partner.

Insights from EMEA and APAC: Alignment with Global Needs
One of the strengths Dwellworks brings to global relocation is our tri-regional presence and awareness of local market realities. We recognize that the customer experience, whether in Sydney, Strasbourg, or San Francisco, is always local and personal, while the client systems support must be globally scalable, efficient, and compliant. At EuRA, our regional leaders reinforced these dual strengths.
Andrew Scott, VP of Global Account Management for EMEA, and former EuRA President, met with relocation management companies and supplier partners to discuss pressing issues in the European market. From regulatory shifts like the upcoming Renters Reform Bill to demand for more sustainable mobility practices and compliance with the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) , Andrew highlighted how Dwellworks is proactive in anticipating client needs through market research, communication, and service delivery that aligns with local rental market realities.
Meanwhile, Dima Lorenz, who leads Global Account Management in the APAC region, focused on the opportunities and complexities in traditional corporate relocation destinations like Singapore, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, as global assignments shift more and more to short-term postings and extended business travel. Fast expanding APAC economies like India, Vietnam, and Thailand are also major hubs for corporate housing, responding to growing business travel and project work needs. Dima’s conversations focused on responsive regional agility in an area of the world where corporate growth is booming but where real estate markets and regulatory and policy frameworks vary widely. He shared how Dwellworks presence and infrastructure in APAC allows us to meet clients expectations with confidence and local expertise.

Housing Solutions for the Globally Mobile Workforce
In today’s mobile workforce landscape, temporary living and corporate housing solutions are more than a logistical necessity, they’re a key contributor to employee satisfaction and relocation success. That’s why Vidak Glavinic, Dwellworks Living Director of Corporate Housing Global Supply Chain, played an important role in this year’s EuRA program. His presence emphasized how Dwellworks Living supports companies in sourcing high-quality, compliant, and well-managed housing around the globe.
As clients shift to more flexible assignment structures, in more locations than ever before, demand for housing that fits short- and mid-term needs has accelerated. Vidak met with partners to share how our global housing platform, supplier sourcing, and service quality initiatives demonstrate both our commitment to strong supplier engagement while ensuring choice, compliance, and duty of care worldwide to our relocation and business travel clients. Connecting with our account management leaders at EuRA, he also spoke to the growing importance of sustainability and safety and security compliance. These themes echoed throughout the conference at large.
Reinforcing Our Commitment to Global Collaboration
For Dwellworks, participation in EuRA 2025 was about more than networking (though collaboration is key to success in this industry of interdependent services and suppliers). We are always proud to align with EuRA’s reputation and values while reinforcing our own Dwellworks values of integrity, teamwork, performance, innovation, and fun in the real time environment of the conference.
Bob Rosing, Executive Chairman and one of the most respected voices in global workforce mobility, attended EuRA to bring his perspective to strategic client, partner, and industry leadership conversations and to reaffirm connections with current industry colleagues, while learning from new participants. His well-known commitment to client service, business integrity, and strategic collaboration helped frame the Dwellworks delegation’s impact at the event. Bob emphasized how data-driven solutions design, shared accountability for results, and a value-creation mindset are essential for creating lasting, productive outcomes in workforce mobility. We’re all stronger when we partner together.
What’s Next for Dwellworks and Global Talent Mobility
As global companies review their talent mobility strategies in a disrupted global economy, two facts stand out: one is a new equilibrium will be established, as it always is, drawing in business investment and expansion, and two is global talent deployment will be needed to power growth and value creation. The conversations, connections, and insights from EuRA 2025 will continue to inform how Dwellworks evolves its services and strategy to support relocation and business travel clients and their employees worldwide.
From a fully integrated global corporate housing platform that connects our clients to accommodations solutions worldwide, to destination services that combine the ease of AI with the expertise of local presence, we make mobility work, wherever life and work take your talent.
