Dwellworks Destination Services Ranked #1 for Third Consecutive Year

For the third year in a row, Dwellworks US Destination Services and Rental Services have earned both the highest average customer service scores and the highest scores in net customer satisfaction in the annual Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey© report from Trippel Survey & Research.
On an annual basis, Alan Trippel, the relocation industry’s leading independent customer service research analyst, communicates directly with relocating employees, in research coordinated with employers. The 31st annual survey was conducted over an eight-month period ending June 30, 2024. The survey collects and reports objective evaluations from transferring employees and global assignees moving within and to the US regarding their satisfaction with various relocation service providers. This year’s survey shares inputs gathered from 4,393 relocating employees representing 58 corporations, US federal government entities, and non-profit organizations.
The Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey covers five service categories: household goods services, relocation management services, mortgage services, corporate temporary housing services, and destination-rental services. Within the destination-rental services category, Dwellworks had the highest scores for average satisfaction and net satisfaction, a distinction we also achieved in 2023 and 2024, and in several previous years since the launch of the survey.
A Closer Look at Dwellworks Rental and Destination Services Satisfaction Scores
The Trippel survey data for Rental and Destination Services indicated a substantial increase for the sector in both average scores and net satisfaction scores compared to last year’s survey results. Dwellworks’ average service score of 8.71 was significantly higher than the other two national competitors ranked in the report and higher than all other destination services providers as well, both large firms and smaller boutique operations.
The data in the Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey © is reaffirmed in Dwellworks internal tracking of customer satisfaction scores. We send a short, one question pulse check to every destination services and rental services customer we serve at key points in their relocation journey. Year-to-date, with over 2,400 customer responses, Dwellworks has earned 98% positive feedback.
